The excelent photography of William Gedney. All reportages are magnificent and I want to remark here those portraits he took during his several stays through 1964 to 1972 at the home of miners' families in Kentucky, reflecting on the dignity of their basic lifestyle in spite of their hard times in what seems one step further on that famous James Agee-Walker Evans reportage of rural families in Alabama in the 30s.
