La exposición Film und Foto (también conocida como FiFo), celebrada originalmente en Sttutgart en 1929, fue un evento pionero en situar en otro plano y aunar estas dos disciplinas que se servían de cámaras. Con obras de Moholy-Nagy o Man Ray entre otros muchos, y una sala dedicada a la fotografía soviética montada por El Lissitzky, atraía el foco artístico hacia el cine y la fotografía, presentando otros usos de las máquinas. Después pudo verse también en varias ciudades.
The exhibition Film und Foto (also known as FiFo), celebrated originally in Sttutgart in 1929, was a pioneering attempt to unite and situate these two disciplines made with cameras. With works by Moholy-Nagy or Man Ray among many others, and a room dedicated to Soviet photography designed by El Lissitzky, it attracted the artistic focus towards photography and cinema by showing other uses of the machines. Later it could also be seen in several cities.
