Se sugieren así a través de las imágenes de la cubierta matices y referencias para la música que podremos encontrar en su interior, ecos lejanos del rock'n'roll de los 50s y la música folk nómada, aunque en realidad se distingue sobre todo en el contenido influencias de la música fronteriza norteamericana con la destacada aportación al sonido del acordeón del multintrumentista y miembro de Los Lobos David Hidalgo.
