Éste, publicado en el 2003, contiene algunas de las canciones esenciales del Punk (incluyendo también algo de new wave, no wave, power pop, hardcore, proto-punk y un primer post-punk) con la ausencia notable de los Sex Pistols ya que John Lydon (también conocido como Johnny Rotten) estaba molesto al parecer con Rhino por no haber publicado una edición especial de los Sex Pistols en el mercado norteamericano.

This one was launched in 2003 and contains a compilation of essential punk songs (including some new wave, no wave, power pop, hardcore, proto-punk and post-punk) with the noticeable absence of the Sex Pistols being that John Lydon -aka Johnny Rotten- refused the rights for it seems he was openly angry about Rhino not publishing a Sex Pistols special edition in the United States.
