"Mi abuelo, Gary Graham, trabajaba en el astillero de Harland & Wolff en Belfast y uno de los barcos en que trabajó era el Canberra (en mi opinión uno de los barcos más hermosos en salir de Harland & Wolff). Él tomó esta foto el (creo) 28 de abril de 1961, cuando el Canberra salía de Belfast a Southampton para comenzar su viaje inaugural. Mi madre tendría tan sólo unos 3 meses de edad en ese momento. Se puede ver a mi abuela Margaret en primer plano (tenía un pelo rojo muy bonito). Tomado en diapositiva Kodachrome de 35 mm con una cámara Ilford Sportsman."
"My grandfather, Gary Graham, worked in the Belfast shipyard of Harland & Wolff and one of the ships he worked on was the P&O liner Canberra (in my opinion one of the most beautiful ships to come out of Harland & Wolff). He took this picture on (I think) 28th April 1961, when Canberra was leaving Belfast for Southampton, to begin her maiden voyage. My mother would have been just 3 months old at this time. My grandmother Margaret can be seen in the foreground (she had beautiful red hair). Taken on Kodachrome 35mm slide film using an Ilford Sportsman camera."
