Howard fue compañero de fechorías de Nick Cave en sus primeros grupos (The Birthday Party...) y luego integrante de Crime & The City Solutions y These Inmortal Souls además de un par de discos en solitario y otros proyectos. Este tema se incluyó en su último disco titulado también 'Pop Crimes' (disco que vengo escuchando estos días) y editado poco antes de su fallecimiento que sucedió el reciente 30 de Diciembre a los 50 años de edad. La grabación debió realizarse con urgencia pues su enfermedad estaba muy avanzada, pero el resultado es un gran disco. Puede que incluso mejor que su anterior disco en solitario, 'Teenage Snuff Film' (1999).
