Stanley Kubrick (1928-1999) se aficionó a la fotografía gracias a una cámara que le regalaron sus padres. A los dieciseis años era el fotógrafo más joven en nómina de la revista 'Look'. Después abandonó esa profesión para convertirse en un magistral director de cine mundialmente conocido por películas como 'El Beso Del Asesino', 'Atraco Perfecto', 'Lolita', 'Senderos De Gloria', 'La Naranja Mecánica', 'El Resplandor', '2001, Una Odisea del Espacio', etc. A principios de este año se expusieron 200 de esas fotografías en Milán, que también se presentaron posteriormente en el Festival de Cine de Venecia.
